Looks like someone besides the Smiths have taken residency in the new house!! Thanks goodness it is only a bird and not a rodent!!!! We are going to have to get some rubber snakes to put up there to keep the birds from building there again.
Ava, our inspector, is climbing the temporary steps to go inside and see what is going on.

They have some spikey things that you can put up there to keep them off if the snakes don't work. Looks like the yard is much much cleaner.
Don told Dad about the spikes and said they can not be seen or notices. We will have to investigate as to where we can purchase.
Yes, yard got cleaned last week after we complained!!!
